Ten questions that survive a well-trained closer.
Do not take a site visit without a list. The gallery is designed to replace your questions with a feeling.
Ask: RERA number and current date. Number of towers vs sold vs occupied. Water and power reality, not the backup slide. The road you will use in the rain. The school run. The exact all-in for the unit they walked you through.
Photograph the price list. Write the possession sentence. If two answers contradict, that is data.
