New Gurgaon: more carpet, more waiting

New Gurgaon is the honest name for a bet: more apartment for the money, later city.

Visit at 8am and 8pm. The brochure will not show you that commute. If the pocket has low occupancy, the amenity deck is a promise, not a lifestyle.

This corridor works when you can wait, you have seen two occupied societies nearby, and the all-in still beats GCE for the size you need. It fails when you needed a neighbourhood last Tuesday.
