PLC, parking, GST, IFMS, and the extras that turn a “₹1.7 Cr” ad into a different number.
The first price you hear is almost never the last price you pay.
Under-construction: GST, PLC, covered parking, club, and anything the price list treats as optional until booking. Ready-to-move: stamp duty, society transfer, pending dues, and the renovation you pretended you would not do.
Ask for a written all-in for a specific unit. If they will only quote BSP, you do not have a price.
